Disclosure Policy

Basic policy of information disclosure
We will disclose information fairly in accordance with the Financial Instruments, Exchange Act and the timely disclosure rules established by the Tokyo Stock Exchange so that all stakeholders, including shareholders and investors, can understand our company better. In addition, even if it does not fall under the laws and regulations or the timely disclosure rules, we will proactively disclose information that is useful for better understanding.
Information disclosure method
The Company discloses information that falls under the Timely Disclosure Rules through the Timely Disclosure Information Transmission System (hereinafter referred to as "TDnet"). The information published on TDnet will be posted on our website immediately after disclosure. We will also disclose other information fairly and promptly through press releases and postings on our website in accordance with the purpose of timely disclosure.
Prevention of insider trading
The Company has established in-house rules that the basic matters to be observed regarding the appropriate management of inside information and the buying and selling of stocks, etc.
About the silence period
We will prevent insider trading by thoroughly disseminating insider trading regulations and properly operating a trading management system for stocks.
In order to prevent leakage of financial results (including quarterly financial results) information and ensure fairness, the Company has set a certain period of silence before the announcement of financial results. During this period, we will refrain from answering or commenting on questions regarding financial results and business outlook. However, if the difference from the earnings forecast that occurred during this period falls under the timely disclosure rules, we will disclose information as appropriate.
Future forecast
Among the information disclosed by the Company, information on future forecasts such as future plans, outlooks, and strategies is created based on the information available at the time of preparation that is judged to be reasonable, and risks and uncertainties are included. Please be aware that the actual results announced may differ from the forecast.
